You can use the purchase option as a guest on the login page and make a purchase without registering to the website, by filling in your full name and email and of course by filling out the address so we can send you the package.

The details you have entered on the registration page will only be used to send the invoice and the package.

Once you’ve completed your purchase as a guest, you can always sign up for the website and create an account based on the details entered in your order.

It’s so easy!

How do you do that? If you don’t have an account, you just need to click on the “SING UP” that is located at the top right (top bar).

After clicking the button, you will be redirected to a new page where you need to fill in your personal information: email address and password.

That’s it. Now you can browse the website, find your favorite items and add them to the shopping bag.

You can find all the items you have added to the shopping bag, by clicking the wallet icon, which is always on the top right (top bar).

After clicking the clutch wallet icon, you will be redirected to the Shopping bag page where you will need to fill in additional details such as full name, gender, address, and phone number. Then you need to choose the payment method (Visa / PayPal) and finally select the shipping method you want. You’ll now be notified to your email with an invoice and order number.

If you choose the delivery method as “Home delivery” (valid only in Israel), a representative of the delivery company we work with (CHITA deliveries), will contact you and arrange a suitable time for you to receive the package.

If your order is not yet out of our warehouses, we can gladly, help you change the shipping address, but if it is already out to the shipment company, you will need to contact the shipping company directly and update them about the change of address by yourself.

If you ordered the shipment method as Priority mail, you would get an email containing the purchase invoice (order details), package tracking number and link to the Israel Post website – where you can enter the tracking number and see exactly where your package is at any given time.

If the shipping method is a home delivery – the delivery company will coordinate your arrival with the phone number you entered on the website when you made the transaction.

If you have not yet received a call from the delivery company, you can contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you with the issue.

You must pack the product as you received it (detailed in the next section) and then go to the nearest post office to your home and send us the package up to 7 business days of receiving the package.

The package should be sent to the Company’s warehouses at Moshav Sdei Trumot 56 Me’ayanot Valley Israel, You must put the sticker you received in the mail above your address so that your previous address(s) kept hidden.

The products must be returned in their original packaging – transparent bag, zip tie, bubble wraps, the tab on which the product is placed.

If you only ripped the black bag, and the original zip tie is whole, as it was shipped, and has not been removed from the product at all, you can return the item.

In Israel: Israel Post is obligated to 14 business days of delivery, but most packages arrive before. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you have not yet heard from us after 14 business days, please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.

* Overseas: A package that is sent to us by Priority mail will get to us between 20-50 days.

You can return items that are on sale up to 7 business days from the date of purchase. In exchange for the item you returned you can receive a credit to be used on another purchase from the website. Another option is to receive a refund: you can get a refund if the items cost is over 50 NIS. The refund that will be given is 5% less of the purchase price or 100 NIS less – the lowest among them. In addition, the clearing commission amount will be deducted.

When returning an item purchased on discount using a coupon, the value of the refund will be equal to the amount paid after the discount, not the full price, and will be refunded as credit for a new purchase on the website.

If your email address is Gmail, make sure that the emails from us reach the correct folder in your inbox. Automatic advertising emails arrive in a folder called Promotions and not in the primary inbox, which appears at the entrance to the email account.

If you want to receive the emails to the primary inbox on Gmail, you must do the following:

  1. Mark one of the emails you received from us in V.
  2. Right-click on the mouse.
  3. Choose the Move to Tab option and move to the Primary box.
